Terms of Service

1. Membership & Fees

By signing up for a membership at Fashion Gym, you agree to pay the standard monthly fees or specific package rates selected during registration. Monthly membership is billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable.

2. Facility Access & Hours

Members have access to training facilities during standard operating hours (Morning: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM and Evening: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM). The gym reserves the right to adjust timings for maintenance, public holidays, or private training events, which will be notified in advance.

3. Conduct & Safety Regulations

For the safety and comfort of all members, you must adhere to our rules:

• Wear proper athletic shoes and clothing at all times.
• Re-rack all weights and wipe down machines after use.
• Show respect to trainers, gym staff, and other members.
• Any form of harassment, behavior putting others at risk, or vandalism will result in immediate cancellation of your membership without refund.

4. Health & Liability Release

Physical exercise can be strenuous. By using our facility and training equipment, you declare that you are in good physical condition and have consulted a physician if necessary. You agree that Fashion Gym and its coaches are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health complications resulting from your training.

5. Membership Pauses & Cancellations

Memberships can be cancelled at any time by contacting our front desk. Cancellation stops future automated billing but does not refund the current active month. Certain packages may allow pauses/freezes for travel or medical reasons, subject to approval.
